It only takes 30 minutes of brisk walking five days a week to meet the AHA and WHO recommendations for physical activity to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and improve overall mental health.
Google Fit can also assist you in the following ways:
- Use your phone or watch to track your workouts: Get real-time statistics for your runs, walks, and bike rides, as well as fast information on when you exercise.
